Mr. Munsie has more than 20 years of legal experience, thirteen of which are in the biotechnology industry. Most recently, he served as Chief Legal Officer and Secretary at Concert Pharmaceuticals, where he was responsible for overseeing all legal, compliance, transactional and intellectual property matters. Prior to joining Concert, Mr. Munsie served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Head of Corporate Operations and Secretary at Merrimack Pharmaceuticals. He began his legal career with Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr, where he was a Counsel in the Corporate Department.

Mr. Munsie holds an A.B. in Engineering Sciences modified with Environmental Science from Dartmouth College and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
